If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can request deletion by following the steps below.

Data Deletion Process:

1. Send an Email Request: Click Request Account Deletion (or send an email manually to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete account").
2. Provide Your Details: In the body of the email, please specify the exact email address used to register your account in the app.
3. Identity Verification: To ensure security and protect your privacy, we will send a confirmation message to your registered email address. This prevents unauthorized individuals from requesting the deletion of your account.
4. Finalization: Once you reply to our confirmation email to verify your identity, the deletion process will begin.

Timeline and Data Handling:

• Timeline: The account and all linked data will be permanently deleted within 30 days from the moment we receive your final email confirmation.
• What data will be deleted: Your user profile, login credentials, and all historical usage data collected within the app.
• What data will be retained: We do not retain any personal data after the deletion is complete, except for records required to comply with statutory legal or financial obligations.
